Where in the world did this come from?

When Katelyn was picking her 3 books for nap this afternoon she found one that she has never seen. Where in the world did this come from? So of course we had to read it. I wondered who says where in the world because I am sure she did not come up with that one herself. The book came from a woman that Jeff works with. She had given him a bunch of books that her grandkids grew out of. I guess Katelyn thought that she had read all of the books from her.

Jeff had told me yesterday that while they were reading Corduroy Katelyn pointed out to him that at the end of the book the toys are in wrong spots. So tonight while I read the same book she pointed it out to me as well. So I looked back and sure enough at the very beginning of the book the toys are in different spots than they are at the end of the book. She thinks it is the nightwatch man who moved them. Who notices that the toys are in one place on the first page of the book and on a different space on the last page - that would be Katelyn. She does not let anything slip past her.

Katelyn asked to do her new favorite activity today. She LOVES to grocery shop with the little kid carts at Kroger. She starts looking for the carts the moment that you pull into the parking lot and if she does not find one in the cart corral then she looks for them in the foyer of Kroger.

We are looking forward to our Indianapolis trip this week. We are going to do some swimming and going to the Children's Museum.
