May Already Really???

How is it possible that it is May already? Maybe because we have had so few warm days this "spring" that it just seems impossible. We are ready for warmer weather. I am running in the Race for the Cure on Saturday and have only run a handful of times. Although it is almost light enough to run outside, it was about 45 this morning when I was thinking about going and that is just a little chilly! I am hoping to get out more regularly soon so I get ready for the St. Jude Run!

Since it is almost the end of the traditional school year we have parent teacher conferences. Today was Luke's and Katelyn's is next week. Luke as we have established is a talker! He talks more than any of the other kids in his class some of whom are closer to 2. He repeats everything the teacher says. The funniest thing she said that he does was when she and the kids come back in the class from outside he starts to count the kids. She said she did this and now Luke has taken over.

We will see how Katelyn's goes next week. Speaking of Katelyn, we have been watching the Royal Wedding. She has seemed to enjoy it quite a bit. Lots of questions of course! Yesterday we were watching the trip from the church back to the palace and she said Mommy if I were that princess I would wave with both hands! She must have thought Kate needed to be a little more excited!
