Actually

For those of you who know Luke well you know he is a talker. And what a talker he continues to be. This morning we were looking for baby wah wah's blanket and I had gone upstairs to look for it and finish getting ready for work and Luke headed up the stairs after me, Doing mommy? Looking for the blanket Luke. Actually it's in my room. Well actually it was not, but hearing an almost 2 year old say actually is quite amusing or amazing or maybe both.

Katelyn has had her first week of homework for junior kindergarten. I can only hope that her excitement over homework continues for the next 17 or so years. Tonight after coming home from Deed and Bupa's she wanted to finish her final paper although completely exhausted and ready for bed. She was mad at me that I would not let her do it and told her she needed to wait for a time when she was not so tired. We compromised in the end by getting out the dry erase board to write letters instead and practice her best friend's name. Her questions continue to amaze me as well. In her new class they are working on upper and lower case letters rather than just upper case letters. Tonight she asked why Miss Lori writes the little y the same way she writes the big Y. She is trying to figure everything out and really fast!!
