So after a long week, surgery for Luke and then a trip to Nashville for work, we had a fun weekend. Saturday we took daddy to the Children's Museum in Normal. This is Katelyn's second trip and she may have loved it more this time than she did the first. She was excited to show the place to daddy with her favorite spots being the pizza making section and the paint on the window section. Luke is moving around more than when we went the first time so he crawled around a little more. We did play with the air tubes which we did not last time and boy did Katelyn enjoy them. They were air tubes that had scarves and balls that you could put in the tubes and then they would come out in other areas of the tubes. Good laughs.
Then we celebrated Kaden and Sam's birthday. Good yummy cake for Katelyn!
Today was an errand day. A Target trip followed by McDonald's. Katelyn paid with some McDonald's bucks. She asked me if she could have some coins to pay for the rest and was a little disappointed when I gave her a $20. She was happy with the coins though from the change.
