It has been a long time since I have experienced 4 days with nothing planned. It has been refreshing to say the least even if Luke has been a stinker to get to sleep which counteracts the serene experience. It did take two days to reach Cape Cod but once we got here there were zero plans. The house is great and a one minute walk from the beach. Now if I only had a couple million to buy a place and continue the experience.
Some of the benefits gained will be lost in the 2 day return trip but I am already looking forward to our Alabama vacation in March and working on the next trip after that in my head at least.
