I am not normally on daycare pickup duty but with Grandpa E in the hospital I picked Katelyn and Luke up today. The process (which I make sure I follow) is to pick up Katelyn first who then races down the hall to get Luke. Today he was in the other toddler room since I pick up later than Deed. We got his book bag and then went to the room he was in. He then gets his sheet for the day and stuffs it in his book bag. When his teacher gave him his sheet he said "sheet I found it!" We then went down the hall said bye to a number of people checked out the fish and then the fake turtle bupa Jim fixed. I opened the doors to the van "carseat I found it". In the process of going home we saw the moving van for one of Katelyn's best friends who is moving away. She is quite sad and has told me a number of times that she will miss him. When we got home I was holding a couple of buddies for Luke which he does not seem to use as much at school, however, when he saw them he said "buddy I found it". Cracks me up! Luke benefits from having a great big sister who whispered to me today that Luke repeats everything she says which he does but because she whispered that in my ear he did not.
